Tortilla Soup was founded by Saul Mendoza and his wife Blanca Esthela Mendoza. Saul has more than 40 years of experience working in the food industry and has established the best Mexican food McComb MS has to offer. Everyone wants to prepare a good lunch, but few people are willing to make the sacrifices necessary to prepare a GREAT meal, according to his grandmother. The majority of individuals only attempt to prepare a good meal once, but we discovered in 2008 that creating a GREAT dish required thousands of attempts, which is how the idea for the restaurant was born. We came to the mental conclusion that the only way to make our meals is to prepare them with a ton of love, experience, and skill. In light of that, I talked to Fernando Chavez. To focus on hospitality, to make life taste good, to cook exceptional food with a passion to make our guests exclaim wow, and to serve our community in various "Give Back” events or fundraisers, we set up a meeting.
